The SchoolCash Suite uses student data for itemizing deposits and attaching payable items to specific students. Providing this information to KEV Group allows the end user to attach by Grade, Course, Homeroom, Group, and Individually.

The student data must be formatted in a specific way for us to process it. Download the full specification for instructions about how to submit the information to KEV Group over FTP: Canadian instructions | US instructions.

Before you provide the data, use this page to validate that the data format aligns to the specification.

Step 1: Specify a file to validate

Note: When you choose a file, the data is contained only within this browser window, and only for the duration of your page session. Clicking Browse does not share it with KEV or transmit it anywhere. The page is simply checking for formatting irregularities and bringing these to your attention within this browser session.

Step 2: Run the validation check

Does your file contain a header row? If so, we'll skip the first row when validating so that we won't try to look for valid dates in that row. If there isn't, we'll validate every row.

Validate the file

Step 3: View your results
